I'm not sure if is a Special Feature or a Bug, but it does work!

To enable this glowing on Facebook:

1. Open any Facebook page
2. Press "UP UP DOWN DOWN LEFT RIGHT LEFT RIGHT B A" then press the ENTER button
3. What happen is that whenever you Type something or Scroll the screen, the GLOWING will appear!
4. To disable the glow, simple refresh the page (F5).
